The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you drive product development and innovation in media technology products and platforms. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining elevated standards, while leveraging your understanding of media workflows and emerging technologies to meet the needs of technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive product development and innovation in media technology
- Lead teams in strategic planning and client account management
- Mentor junior staff and uphold project standards
- Understand media workflows to meet stakeholder needs
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features
- Collaborate with engineering for product design and launch
- Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance products
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Certification(s) Preferred - Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Organization and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability
- Experience with emerging technologies like AI/ML
- Knowledge of Digital right management and compliance
- Understanding of APIs and cloud platforms
- Experience with digital asset workflows and metadata

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
