Our Series B, announced in early 2025, led by BOND & Workday, comes on the heels of record growth and accelerating expansion plans.

We're continuing to take big, ambitious first-to-market bets for a highly committed customer base and an exciting pipeline of new customers
We’re in the early innings of our vision and poised to take advantage of the massive opportunity to deploy AI into core workflows throughout the insurance industry
We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join us onsite in San Francisco as the founding member of our product team. This is a true 0 → 1 role where you'll build new products from the ground up, define entirely new categories, and transform core operating models in the global insurance industry.
Lead product strategy and development for net-new product opportunities within the insurance back office, taking them from concept to successful market launch.
Discover and deliver high-impact features that create outsized value and unlock new growth opportunities for our customers.
Perform discovery through user interviews, competitive research, and quant analysis to validate product hypotheses with rigor.
Drive clarity for the team by deeply communicating user needs, and empowering everyone with the context and knowledge to make great product decisions.
Craft messaging around new products that resonates with users and drives initial adoption and growth.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to effectively position, launch these new products with existing and new customers.
You have 3+ years of experience in the software industry, with a background in product management and/or engineering leadership.
You possess exceptional product and operational judgment, particularly when building products from scratch.
You demonstrate strong root-cause and systems thinking, always looking beyond symptoms to understand underlying issues.
You thrive in ambiguity and bias heavily towards rigor, especially when defining entirely new product categories.
You have world-class design & product taste that helps you create intuitive and elegant solutions from the ground up.
You exhibit shameless curiosity, a propensity to question things deeply, and operate with extreme speed and clarity.
We’re backed by BOND, Spark Capital, Neo, and Workday, as well as founders/executives from Brex, Asana, Plaid, Applied Intuition, Coalition, and more.
Our team hails from companies like Airbnb, Google, Brex, and LiveRamp and we’re fairly low-profile: focusing the majority of our energy on delivering for customers and building a category-defining company.
We’re hiring predominantly in San Francisco 🌁, as we believe in-person collaboration is strategically important for a company at our stage — both for velocity and company culture.
