Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating information into our systems quickly and accurately. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the US or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into systems from various sources

  • Verify and correct data as needed

  • Maintain accurate records and files

  • Ensure information is entered in a timely and secure manner

  • Follow company procedures for data handling and confidentiality

  • Report any errors or issues to the supervisor

  • Perform routine data checks and clean-up tasks

  • Assist other team members with basic administrative support when needed

Requirements:

  • Must reside in the United States or Canada

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required
