Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis on software development projects, including documentation.
- 8+ years of strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.
- 8+ years of proficiency in MS Office Suite and prototyping tools (Visio, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator, or Axure).
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in requirements elicitation, client management, and technical documentation (traceability, use cases, prototyping, and data modeling).
- 8+ years of expertise in facilitating interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams.
- 8+ years of strong analysis experience in assessing production support issues to determine root cause and document necessary corrections.
- 8+ years of experience in understanding key business drivers, impacts, and proposing effective solutions.
- 8+ years of experience in functional design, system specifications, and delivering complete documentation packages.
- 8+ years of participation in user acceptance testing, providing guidance to business units, and supporting training and implementation activities.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in mainframe environments, SQL, Salesforce environments, Remedyforce, Core Java/J2EE development, and relational databases.
- 5+ years of experience with process improvement strategies and methodologies.
- 5+ years of proven ability to lead change and design more efficient processes.
- 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry and working on compliance and enforcement-related projects as a Business Analyst.
- 5+ years of proven ability to work collaboratively within multifaceted teams, resolve conflicts, and manage challenging situations.
- 5+ years of experience in data migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- 5+ years of knowledge of SaaS/COTS implementations and cloud platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence tools and reporting systems for data analysis.
- 5+ years of familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies for project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
