The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Summation, you will be spearhead the development and evolution of our AI-driven business planning and analytics platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and customer deployment—to deliver solutions that bring meaningful value to our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of data and analytics-heavy products, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, such as finance and operations, to deliver impactful features that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Spearhead the product vision and roadmap for Summation's business planning and analytics platform, focusing on data and AI-driven solutions that drive business impact.

  • Execution Excellence: Drive product initiatives from inception to launch, ensuring high-quality and impactful releases. Collaborate with engineering and applied science teams to deliver on product commitments with a strong focus on attention to detail, timelines, and delivering results.

  • Customer and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and other business stakeholders to understand their challenges and define features that address their needs. Be a champion for the customer, ensuring that the product delivers real business value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally working on data and analytics-heavy products.

  • Proven experience working with business stakeholders, such as finance, operations, or executive teams, to understand and translate business needs into product requirements.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and enterprise software solutions.

  • Experience with AI or machine learning products is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
