Position Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager - AI to lead the definition, delivery, and scaling of AI-powered capabilities across our platform. In this role you will work horizontally across the organization to understand AI needs, define strategic use-cases, and deliver trusted, ethical, and scalable solutions that embed intelligence into our products.
This is a highly cross-functional role, ideal for a product leader with experience in machine learning, generative AI, and platform thinking – who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real business value.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the strategic roadmap for AI capabilities, from foundational services (e.g. model management, prompt tuning, semantic modeling) to user-facing features such as virtual assistants and predictive workflows.
  • Defining goals and milestones for AI features, balancing feasibility, impact, and complexity.
  • Design and evaluate prompt-based experiments for LLM performance (accuracy, relevance, latency).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use-cases across products and operational domains.
  • Establish principles and frameworks for responsible AI use as well as enterprise-grade AI, including data governance, model explainability, observability, and ethical considerations.
  • Define product requirements for generative AI, NLP/NLU, classification, recommendations, forecasting, and other ML techniques.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor and open-source AI solutions where appropriate.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously iterate and improve product offerings.
  • Identify and address key customer pain points ensuring the product delivers measurable value.
  • Regularly present product strategy, roadmap, and results to leadership and business stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years directly focused on machine learning, generative AI, and data platforms.
  • Proven success in delivering predictive/generative AI features within enterprise software.
  • Strong technical understanding of ML and AI concepts, including model training & inference, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines & semantic search to retrieve contextually relevant documents for more accurate responses.
  • Familiarity with tools and ecosystems such as Snowflake Cortex AI, AI-driven OCR technologies (AWS Textract), AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock AI, Pinecone, etc.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineering and architecture teams on platform-level capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills – able to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for stakeholders of all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment with both legacy and modern systems.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and can find opportunities and solutions in uncertain situations.
  • Experience in domains like Payroll, Finance, HR, or Compliance is a plus.

Special Work Conditions    

  • Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $145,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year.
