What We Are Looking For:

The API Integration Analyst I is the entry level in vendor support. This position is responsible for being the primary point of contact for vendors looking to integrate with Corelation’s KeyStone platform. The analyst will work with the vendor but collaborates extensively with clients. This position works with supervisory direction or may require assistance from higher level development team members.

Requirements

· Serve as the point of contact for vendors and guides vendors through the onboarding process. Manages the support for all vendor inquiries that come through multiple channels.

· Primary support for vendors experiencing problems associated with the KeyBridge API. Performs basic training and troubleshooting of integration issues, QA downstream process, proficient in navigation of the system.

· Owns support tickets with appropriate levels of follow up, knowing when to escalate. Determines the appropriate escalation path, delineating issues into escalations, bugs, feature enhancements. Follows defined support guidelines for opening, executing, and resolving issues through the ticketing system.

· Tracks and records issues as they arise assigning them to the appropriate teams (development, product, training). Analyzes trace logs necessary for troubleshooting issues. Appropriately engages team members for situations requiring collaboration.

· Consults with vendors and mutual customers to define parameters necessary for API interface development. Evaluates vendor product functionality to assess integration needs.

· Performs other job-related duties as required.


Why You Are The Perfect Fit:

Experience

· 1-2 years of experience in the credit union field or in a related area is preferred

· API programming a plus

· Knowledge of API/Web technologies

· Project management experience a plus

· Strong analytical skills

· Knowledge of the KeyStone platform a plus


Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience
