The Product Manager position reports directly to the Director of Application Engineering. Key responsibilities of the role include: gathering product requirements from various stakeholders; applying market research; writing agile stories; managing project priorities; performing product demonstrations (for stakeholders and executive officers).

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Design product specifications
* Coordinate with various stakeholders including brand and marketing, physician groups, hospital administration
* Produce Agile stories and acceptance criteria
Participate as a member of an agile team
* Participate in Agile ceremonies
* Coordinate with engineers and QA analysts
* Validate product deliverables
Demonstrate new features
* Coordinate with physician groups and hospital administration
* Create executive demo materials
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all WellStar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Required Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree Required or
ample work experience Required

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Additional License(s) and Certification(s):

CSPO certification Upon Hire Required

Required Minimum Experience:

Minimum 5 years of product management Required and
Minimum 2 years in the healthcare or wellness field Required and
Minimum 2 years of experience with user health data
Required and
Experience managing product requirements for an agile team Required and
Experience with executive presentations and demos Required

Required Minimum Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration skills
Strong grasp of best practices in the digital healthcare space
Experience with EMR (e.g. Epic)
Experience with Telehealth
Experience with FIHR and HL7
Experience with planning 3rd party API integrations
