Product Manager - Vantage and Smart Parking Solutions

ABM’s Product, Partnership, and Innovation team is at the forefront of shaping the organization’s future, driving initiatives that define where we aim to be within 2–3 years. We collaborate with Technology, Business Units, Procurement, and Marketing to identify, pilot, and scale transformative ideas. The Product Manager for the Vantage Product will play a key role in managing and scaling this smart parking solution, driving its development, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and ensuring its alignment with market needs. This role requires deep expertise in parking, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for innovation.

We are looking for an experienced, driven manager who is excited to lead enterprise-wide product initiatives that shape what the organization will look like in 2–3 years. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of both the business and industry, as well as work with stakeholders at all points of the business, including senior / executive leaders, operational P&L owners, functional stakeholders, and field team members.

Location: New York, NY or Atlanta, GA

Pay: $135,000 - $150,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You will also be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end management of the Vantage Product, including product roadmap, development, and lifecycle management.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in parking to identify market opportunities and guide product direction to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Scaling Products: Scale the Vantage Product from early stages to commercially viable solutions, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure product alignment and success.
  • Driving Innovation: Independently drive projects and pilots forward, ensuring they meet set objectives and align with strategic goals.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Apply diverse problem-solving skills to develop and implement solutions across business verticals.
  • Big Picture and Detail-Oriented Thinking: Balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail to ensure product success.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Tailor communication effectively for different functional areas and management levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, program ownership, or product analysis, with a proven track record in managing smart parking solutions or related technologies.
  • Knowledge: Experience and familiarity with traditional parking systems and operating systems.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI, IoT, and data-driven decision-making in the context of parking and mobility solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive initiatives forward independently.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the parking industry and its challenges and opportunities.
  • Sense of Urgency: Operates with a sense of urgency and transparency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Innovation: Interest in technology and a passion for leveraging AI and IoT to solve parking and mobility challenges.
  • Agile Processes: Experience working within agile development environments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience engaging with clients and end-users to refine and improve solutions.
