As the Senior Product Manager for Control Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for leading the cybersecurity product line for our Control Solutions & Services (CSS) business, a division of GE Gas Power and GE Vernova. CSS provides safe and reliable controls solutions to our customers who operate in diverse industries such as Gas Power, Steam, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Hydro, Wind, and Solar. You will own a portfolio of Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity products to ensure that the industrial control solutions for our customers meet the highest cybersecurity standards. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

As Senior Product Manager for cybersecurity, you will work with a matrixed cross-functional team that is tasked to solve complex OT-cybersecurity challenges for development of a cybersecurity portfolio that delivers value to our customer.

  • Establishing short-term and long-term strategies to grow CSS’s cybersecurity markets.

  • Developing strategic partnerships to improve the functionality of our integrated cybersecurity portfolio.

  • Working closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to align product development efforts with customer needs.

  • Establishing certification strategies for the Mark VIe and OTArmor product portfolio and supply chain.

  • Supporting the commercial team to establish pricing strategies for the cybersecurity portfolio.

  • Supporting Win/Loss analysis by the commercial team.

  • Maintaining up to date competitive assessments.

  • Providing technical support for Inquire-to-Order (ITO) proposals.

  • Partnering with customers to develop solutions, assessing business and technical needs and establishing a strategy to effectively meet the changing OT cybersecurity needs of our customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in “STEM” major (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) or business-related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge/experience.

  • Significant post-graduate experience with establishing and executing cybersecurity-related strategy

  • Significant post-graduate experience of working on Operational Technology (OT) products

  • Knowledge and experience leading product strategy and new product introduction programs

  • Possess at least one recognizable professional cybersecurity certification (SANS, ISC2, etc.)

  • Experience leading in a large matrixed organization

  • Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support business engagements (internal & customer focused)

  • Master’s degree in “STEM” major (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) or business-related discipline from an accredited college or university

  • Significant product management experience

  • Significant technical or project management experience

  • Strategic, critical thinking and analytical skills for structured problem-solving

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle ambiguity in a dynamic environment

  • Strong change agent with particular focus on executing efficiently in a complex, diverse and dynamic cross-functional global team

  • Demonstrated track record in driving profitable business growth

  • Depth of knowledge and experience with industrial controls hardware and software, as well as digital system and network integration related to OT cybersecurity

  • Strong external focus, with ability to assess impact of price and performance decisions

  • Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Experience working in a global environment

  • Outstanding technical, business & financial analysis skills

 For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $134,000 - $178,700 USD Annual.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This Senior Professional Band position is also eligible for a variable incentive bonus of 15%.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
