About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help scale our sourcing enablement software that conducts automated negotiations, serving businesses globally with our cloud-based system. You will be responsible for creating and managing product roadmaps, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and ensuring that product development aligns with stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, own, and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and suppliers to translate their needs into effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Data/Engineering to drive efficient R&D processes, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases.
• Work with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to maximize the product's impact.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and drive cost savings for customers based on real-time data.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in an enterprise B2B SaaS Product role.
• Proven experience working with large enterprise customers and managing complex requirements.
• Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.
• User-centric mindset with a focus on customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Familiarity with workflow optimization, process automation, or recommender systems is a plus.
• Experience in defining and implementing Product Led Growth strategies.
