 Senior Manager, International Service & Referral Operations- Remote

The Senior Manager, International Service & Referral Operations will lead strategic service support for Century 21's international master franchisor relationships and global referral programs. Reporting to the Vice President of International Operations & Relocation, this role will cultivate robust partnerships within the international network to support the success and expansion of the CENTURY 21 brand across the globe. Additionally, this role will spearhead the growth and adoption of the CENTURY 21 Referral Network both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven, with a passion for the Real Estate and franchise industry. They will excel in presentation development and delivery, relationship building, task management, and executional excellence.

Responsibilities:

As Senior Manager, International Service & Referral Operations you will be responsible for two key growth imperatives:

International Service Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day international operations with the brand’s master franchisors, including:

  • Communications: Maintain effective and consistent communication with master franchisors.
  • Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in areas including office/agent count, awards, and transactions.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new regions.
  • Coaching: Lead targeted international live, virtual, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
  • Events: Attend and facilitate workshops and C21 Global Forum meetings at brand conferences and events, both in-person and virtually.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with Brand, Finance, Legal, IP, Marketing, Learning, and other shared services regarding global trademarks, contract amendments, etc. and overall service delivery.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support for programs and initiatives as needed.

You will partner with the Vice President, International Operations & Relocation on:

  • Global Forum Meetings: Plan, presentation development and execute in-person and online Global Forum meetings.
  • Coaching Engagements: Conduct coaching engagements focused on strategic KPIs.
  • Growth Initiatives: Orchestrate international growth and development initiatives.

Global Referral Operations:

Additionally, this role will be responsible for the department’s global referral strategies, including:

  • Relationship Management: Grow and manage existing corporate relocation, lender, and retail referral relationships.
  • Educational Opportunities: Oversee learning and educational opportunities, along with related projects and initiatives to expand CENTURY 21’s Relocation/Referral strategies.
  • Referral Network Growth: Drive the growth of the Century 21 Referral Network and increase incremental closed sides.
    • Manage the relationship with Immobel to drive expansion and growth.
    • Monitor platform participation and engagement, ensuring active involvement on the Global Site.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with Brand and Anywhere RE stakeholders (Field, Operations, C21 Global Support, Reporting, Marketing, etc.) to drive program growth and development.
    • Educate field and sales teams, on availability of 21online resources to effectively highlight the platform's value for domestic affiliates and prospects.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the field and the Anywhere Leads Network for service and referral opportunity inquiries.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support for programs and initiatives as needed.

You will partner with the Vice President, International Operations & Relocation on:

  • Referral Relationship Rollout: Implement new referral relationships.
  • Liaison Engagement: Act as a direct liaison between the brand and various referral sources, including Anywhere Leads.
  • Franchise Sales Opportunities: Present the department’s value proposition during monthly recurring programs and ad hoc franchise sales engagements, highlighting the benefits and strategic advantages to potential franchisees.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Experience: Domestic and international real estate experience, or experience working with real estate referral programs, highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Multi-lingual candidates preferred.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to interact and work closely with a team in a virtual environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with different personality styles and cultures.
  • Autonomous Mindset: Possess a proactive, can-do attitude ("dog on a bone" approach).
  • Meeting Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating meetings, both live and virtually.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in O365 (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Canva, and Trello.
  • Attention to Detail: Extremely organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks (no task too small).
  • Deliverables and Deadlines: Ability to meet deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 10% of the time.
