Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager, Digital & Loyalty Platforms is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of digital and loyalty platforms to create best-in-class consumer experiences that drive business growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital & Loyalty, this role will lead product development, manage cross-functional initiatives, and drive innovation to enhance digital ordering, loyalty programs, and omnichannel consumer engagement.

This position requires strong project management skills to ensure platform management and innovation are strategic, well-planned, and effectively deployed. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the roadmap, overseeing development, coordinating deployment and testing, and measuring/reporting on performance. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and leveraging data to optimize platform capabilities and enhance customer experiences.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the product vision and strategy for digital and loyalty platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Establish a clear roadmap, guiding developers to drive product innovation and operational efficiency while managing and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business goals, budget, and resource planning.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth sprint planning, backlog grooming, and alignment with development teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Partner with Engineering Manager to identify opportunities for technology enhancements to improve efficiency, security, and compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS, and ADA accessibility.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and success metrics, leveraging analytics tools, guest feedback, and A/B testing frameworks to drive data-driven optimizations for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all releases, menu items, and campaigns, implementing streamlined validation processes via project management platforms.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature rollouts, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, incorporating insights, customer feedback, and emerging trends to optimize digital and loyalty platforms.

Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce, or loyalty programs, with proven leadership experience managing product teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent experience; an advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Expertise in digital commerce, loyalty platforms, consumer behavior, and omnichannel engagement strategies to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with mobile applications (React Native preferred), cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), API-driven architectures, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making with experience leveraging analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Databricks), measurement platforms (Kochava, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), A/B testing frameworks (Optimizely, Google Optimize), and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Knowledge of payment and transaction systems (POS integrations, digital wallets, mobile payments), CRM & marketing automation tools, and AI-driven personalization.
